Greetings fellow Alaskans!
On behalf of all Alaska residents living in District 6, it is my pleasure to welcome you to the brand new District 6 Convention Website. The District 6 Convention, held once every two years, brings together registered Republicans from the communities of the North-East Mat-Su, Palmer, Sutton, Glacier View, Glennallen, Copper Valley, Kenny Lake, Valdez, Gakona, Fort Greely, Deltana, Delta Junction, Salcha, and nearby areas within House District 6.
The 2011-2012 Convention will be held on March 10th, 2012 at Glennallen School in Glennallen, AK. Those unable to attend the convention in person are invited to participate in the convention via teleconference. On this site you will find information concerning the convention process, a draft copy of the District Convention Agenda, as well as other documents and instructions that we hope will be helpful to you as you prepare for this event. Please visit our FAQ's section for a list of Frequently Asked Questions and do not hesitate to contact us if you are unable to find the answers to any additional questions you might have.
If the future of our state and of its Republican Party is of concern to you, and you desire, as do we, to restore integrity to our party and to secure good government for the benefit of all Alaskans, we are glad to call you our ally.
